Documentation
Documentation is required for verification of all items
submitted for consideration for recertification. It is a good idea to start a
recertification file soon after certification is achieved in preparation for
recertification. This is an easy way to keep track of attendance and to store
certificates of attendance/completion that are required for recertification
documentation.
