Code of Ethics
The Board of Examiners (BOE) may revoke a CPPB or CPPO certification for demonstrated violations of the UPPCC Code of Ethics. A petition signed by a minimum of five (5) CPPOs must be presented to the UPPCC Board of Examiners recommending the revocation of the CPPO or CPPB designation. The petition must fully document the allegations of violations of the UPPCC Code of Ethics. After full review of the facts, and after the accused has had the opportunity to present any argument on his/her behalf, a decision to revoke certification may be made by the Board of Examiners. Any ruling of the Board of Examiners regarding revocation of certification may be appealed to The Governing Board whose decision will be final.
